Photoshoot Instructions

Regarding arrival time

To ensure a smooth shooting schedule, please arrive at the shooting location at the agreed time.

In case of lateness, the shooting time will be calculated from the originally agreed start time. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding cancellation and rescheduling

If the reservation is cancelled due to the guest's personal reasons:

Cancellation more than 7 days before the shooting date: Free cancellation.

Cancellation within 7 days of the shooting date: 30% of the shooting fee will be charged as a cancellation fee to compensate for the time slot occupancy and pre-production costs.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible, and we will try our best to adjust the arrangements for you within the scope of our schedule.

Regarding the number of repairs and rework

The number and scope of retouched photos will be subject to the package details.

Each retouched photo can be repaired up to 3 times free of charge (such as minor color adjustments, skin tone adjustments, and minor blemish removal).

Regarding the selection of photographers

If you have a particular preference for a particular photography style, you can specify a photographer.

Due to scheduling constraints, the photographer you request will be selected based on the actual available appointment time. If there is a time conflict, we will recommend photographers with similar styles for your reference.

Regarding the delivery method of finished films

We will deliver the raw photos and retouched images via cloud storage or email. The raw photos will be delivered within 2 days after the shoot, and the retouched images will be delivered within half a month to a month, depending on the photographer's schedule.

Please provide a valid email address or frequently used cloud storage account when booking a photoshoot so that you can receive the finished photos smoothly.

Regarding transportation and entrance fees

If it is necessary to enter specific attractions or take transportation during the filming process, the relevant entrance fees and transportation costs shall be borne by the guests themselves.

There is no need to pay extra for the photographer's tickets or transportation; we will handle that ourselves.
