Q.1 How much does a private charter cost? What’s included?

① 3–9 passengers (Van)
Approx. JPY 65,000–75,000 per day
Final pricing depends on your actual itinerary.
Includes: Licensed green-plate vehicle, Japanese/English-speaking driver, driver’s meal & accommodation allowance, highway tolls, fuel, parking fees, child seats/boosters.

② 10–16 passengers (Mini Bus)
Approx. JPY 85,000–120,000 per day
Final pricing depends on your actual itinerary.
Includes: Licensed green-plate vehicle, driver (meal/accommodation allowance included), highway tolls, fuel, parking fees.
Chinese-speaking driver may be available depending on availability.

③ 22–28 passengers (Mid-size Bus)
Approx. JPY 120,000–140,000 per day

Q.2 What is the itinerary design fee? Is it refundable?

The itinerary design fee applies when you do not have a basic plan and require us to create a custom itinerary.
It includes up to three free revisions.
Once you confirm and book the private charter, the design fee will be deducted from your total charter cost.
If you decide not to proceed with the booking, the design fee is non-refundable.

Q.3 How do I know who my driver will be on the travel day?

2–3 days before departure, Monchan Travel will send your driver information via Email / LINE / WhatsApp / WeChat.
On the day of service, the driver will wait for you with a name sign.

• Please fill in your preferred name for the sign on the booking form.
  If left blank, the English name will be used by default.

• Due to privacy protection, we cannot provide the driver’s personal contact details.
  For urgent matters, please contact Monchan Travel via LINE or WhatsApp.

Important Notes

• Prices may vary based on group size, duration, season, weekends/holidays, and other conditions.

• Daily usage includes up to 9 hours.
  Overtime charges:

  • Small groups: JPY 6,000 per hour

  • Large groups (mini/mid/large bus): JPY 10,000 per hour

• Natural scenery such as starry skies, snowfall, autumn leaves, flower seasons, etc., cannot be guaranteed.

• Actual sightseeing time may vary depending on traffic conditions. If an attraction is closed or entry is restricted, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. No compensation will be provided for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors.

• Activities such as skiing, snow activities, hot springs, horseback riding, water sports, etc., carry inherent risks. Please assess your own safety and purchase travel insurance.
  In the event of accidents or damages caused by force majeure, Monchan Travel, its staff, and partners are not liable, but we will do our best to assist.
