For international arrivals, our airport pickup staff will generally wait in front of the Tourist Information Center after you exit customs. Please remain nearby so we can find you easily.
Our pickup staff will hold a sign showing the guest’s name or the pickup name entered in advance.
How to Book
Step 1: Select a Pick-Up Location
Please select a departure location.
Step 2: Choose a Vehicle
Please select a vehicle model based on the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity.
Step 3: Select a Time
1. Airport Transfers: For airport pick-ups, select a meeting time at least 1 hour after your scheduled flight arrival.
Please fill in your flight information in the form.
2. Other pick-up locations: Select your preferred departure time when booking.
Step.4 Fill in the form
Please fill in as much information as possible to ensure a smoother ordering process.
Step 5: Complete Your Booking
Please keep your booking number and confirmation email for reference.
Step 6: Receive Your Pre-Departure Details
Driver details will be sent to you by email 1–3 days before departure.
(Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you have not received the email, contact Monchan Travel customer service.)
Step 7: Start Your Trip
On the day of your transfer, the driver will wait at the designated meeting point holding a name sign.

Airport Transfer FAQ
Q1. What is included in the price?
The price generally includes transportation, driver service, fuel, parking fees, and highway tolls.
Q2. Why is my preferred time unavailable?
If your preferred time cannot be selected, please choose the nearest available time and add your preferred time in the booking form notes.
For airport pickups, you may select a pickup time about one hour after your scheduled flight arrival. Please enter your flight details in the booking form.
Q3. How will I identify my driver on the day?
Monchan Travel will email you the driver details 1–3 days before departure. For airport pickups, the driver will also wait with a pickup sign.
Please enter the preferred name for the pickup sign in the booking form. If left blank, the representative passenger’s English name will be used.
For privacy reasons, we cannot provide the driver’s personal messaging contact. For urgent assistance, please contact Monchan Travel customer service via LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
Q4. What happens if my flight is delayed?
In principle, the driver will wait up to 90 minutes. If your flight is delayed or another unexpected situation occurs, please contact Monchan Travel via LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat as early as possible. If we cannot reach you and receive no notice, the service may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Additional waiting charges may apply depending on the length and circumstances of the flight delay.
Important Notes
Please select a vehicle according to the recommended passenger and luggage capacity shown for each vehicle type. If the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the recommended capacity, any resulting additional costs will be the traveler’s responsibility. If you have large or multiple pieces of luggage, please book a suitable vehicle in advance.
If a child under 6 requires a child safety seat, please tell us the number and ages of the children in advance. A child seat uses approximately 1–1.5 adult-seat spaces. Up to two child seats can be provided free of charge; additional seats are subject to an extra fee.
Please provide accurate passenger numbers, luggage quantity and size, and the number of child seats required. Infants and children must also be included in the passenger count. If the booking exceeds the vehicle capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the service.
Please arrive at the agreed pickup point at the reserved time. We are not responsible for missed flights caused by personal circumstances such as late arrival.
Airport pickup is arranged according to the flight number. If you plan to shop, eat, or otherwise delay your pickup after arrival, please make a note when booking.
Late-night and early-morning surcharges are based on the actual pickup or drop-off time. Please select the correct surcharge option; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Monchan Travel reserves the right of final interpretation.
Cancellation Policy
After the booking is confirmed, cancellations requested by the customer are subject to the following fees:
More than 7 days before departure: 0%
5–6 days before departure: 30%
3–4 days before departure: 50%
Within 2 days of departure: 100%
The cancellation policy becomes effective once the booking is confirmed. Any change will be treated as cancellation of the original booking and a new booking request.
