If this is not provided and the luggage exceeds the reasonable passenger and luggage capacity, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse luggage to guests on the day of departure. Guests will need to store their luggage at their own expense at another storage location. No refunds or compensation will be provided if guests are unable to board the tour due to luggage storage issues. * It is recommended that travelers purchase personal travel insurance. * Please bring your own motion sickness medication, rain gear, etc. * Flowers in bloom, starry skies, snowfall, and maple leaves are all natural phenomena; our company cannot guarantee their viewing. * Due to limited hotel room availability, if the hotel is fully booked, you will be accommodated in another hotel of the same standard. * To avoid inconveniencing others, please arrive on time for the designated meeting point. Latecomers will not be waited for. * The actual time for visiting each attraction on the day depends on traffic conditions and the number of participants. If any attraction is closed or has limited opening hours, the itinerary will be adjusted. Your understanding is appreciated. * Our company cannot be held responsible for or compensated for delays, itinerary changes, or attraction cancellations caused by force majeure events such as traffic or weather conditions. * Once the tour has started, if it is unsuitable to continue due to weather, road closures, or safety factors, the tour will be turned back when it is safe to do so. No alternative arrangements or refunds will be made for any missed attractions or meals. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure resulting in loss of property, bodily injury, or death, our company, employees, and partners will not be liable, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the problem. * If the group size is small, a minibus or sea lion taxi may be used. In this case, the driver will also act as the tour guide. *The company reserves all rights of interpretation. Cancellation and Refund Policy: After the product order takes effect: If the order is cancelled due to buyer reasons, the buyer will be charged a penalty according to the following standards: Cancellation more than 21 days before the selected date: Full refund; Cancellation between 8 and 20 days before the selected date: 20% handling fee; Cancellation between 2 and 7 days before the selected date: 30% handling fee; Cancellation on the day of the selected date (the day itself): 40% handling fee; Cancellation on the day of the selected date: 50% handling fee; The cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
