If the minimum is not reached, cancellation will be notified 8 days before departure. Final tour confirmation will be sent within one week before departure. • For smaller groups, a Hiace van or minibus may be used and the driver may also serve as the tour guide. • Please inform us of dietary requirements at the time of booking. Final arrangements will be confirmed approximately 3 days before departure; changes cannot be accepted within 3 days of departure or on the tour day. • Please provide luggage size and quantity when booking. Undeclared luggage that exceeds vehicle capacity may be refused, and storage costs must be paid by the guest. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • Please bring personal necessities such as motion-sickness medication and rain gear. • Autumn foliage, flowers, snowfall and other natural scenery cannot be guaranteed. • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The tour cannot wait for late arrivals. • The itinerary and stop durations may change depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, attraction closures or admission restrictions. • Delays, itinerary changes or attraction cancellations caused by weather, traffic or other force majeure events are beyond our control. If the tour cannot continue safely after departure, it may return early. Missed attractions or meals will not be rearranged or refunded. Cancellation Policy After the booking is confirmed: • 11 days or more before departure: 0% cancellation fee • 8–10 days before: 20% • 2–7 days before: 30% • 1 day before: 40% • On the departure date: 100% Any change after confirmation will be treated as cancellation of the original booking and a new reservation.
