Number of Participants: 6 Itinerary: September 22nd - Dormy Inn Aomori (departure at 9:30 AM) ~Hakkoda Ropeway ~Hellsinkuma ~Oirase Keiryukan (lunch) ~Ishigado Rest Area ~Towada Visitor Center Accommodation: Dormy Inn Aomori September 26th - Dormy Inn Aomori (departure at 12:30 PM, one-way transfer) ~Aomori Airport BR121 (departure at 3:30 PM) Reservation Details: September 22nd, 2025 - 1-day chartered car (green license plate, Sea Lion brand), one-way transfer on September 26th. Daily car usage limited to 8 hours, ending before 8:00 PM. Overtime will incur a charge of 5000 yen/30 minutes. The price includes: ① One green-plate sea lion taxi (one Japanese driver, language cannot be specified), ② Driver's meals, highway and parking fees, ③ Driver's accommodation throughout the trip, ④ Driver's gratuity. The price does not include: ① Entrance fees to attractions, activities, meals, and accommodation not listed in "The price includes". Important Notes: A deposit of 30% of the total quoted price is required. We will send a payment request for the remaining balance to your email address 7 days before departure. Please complete the payment 5 days before departure. Please contact us promptly in case of any special circumstances. If the remaining balance is not paid and we cannot contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. The current system display of 1 hour is a system bug. The time displayed in the reservation details shall prevail. Refund Policy: If an order is cancelled due to customer reasons after it has been placed, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount; 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount; 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount; Within 2 days of departure: 100% of the total order amount. This policy takes effect upon confirmation. All changes will be treated as cancellations of the old order. *The company reserves all rights of interpretation.
