Number of Participants: 2 adults and 1 child (5 years old) Itinerary: June 16th: Time Chaser Sapporo Clock Shop (Departure at 12:00 PM) ~Arrive in Furano City, Lunch (Recommended Restaurants: Yui wa Duzun Curry, Furano Marche) ~Furano Cheese Workshop (Cheese making experience and ice cream) ~Tomita Farm Flower Viewing (Lavender early bloom and other early summer flowers in June) Accommodation: New Furano Prince Hotel June 17th: ~Blue Pond & Whitebeard Waterfall ~Shikisai-no-Oka (Spacious flower fields, trolley ride available) ~Patchwork Road Parade (Ken & Mary Tree, Parent-Child Tree, etc.) Accommodation: OMO7 Asahikawa Hotel June 18th: ~Asahiyama Zoo Accommodation: Cross Hotel Sapporo Reservation Details: June 16-18, 2025: 3-day charter of a green-plated Alphard, with a daily usage limit of 9 hours, ending at 8:00 PM. Overtime will incur a charge of 6000 yen per hour. Included in the Price: ① One green-plated Alphard (1 Chinese-speaking driver), ② Driver's meals, ③ Highway and parking fees, ④ Driver's accommodation throughout the trip, ⑤ One booster seat for children under 5 years old, ⑥ Driver's gratuity. Not Included in the Price: ① Entrance fees to attractions, activities, meals, and accommodation not listed in "Included in the Price". Notes: A deposit of 30% of the total quoted price is required. We will send a payment request for the remaining balance to your email address 7 days prior to departure. Please complete the payment 5 days before departure. Please contact us promptly in case of any special circumstances. If the remaining balance is not paid and we cannot contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. The current system display showing 1 hour is a system bug. The time displayed in the reservation details shall prevail. Refund Policy: If an order is cancelled due to customer reasons after it has been placed, the following cancellation fees will be charged: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount Within 2 days of departure: 100% of the total order amount This policy takes effect upon confirmation. All changes will be treated as cancellations of the old order. *The company reserves all rights of interpretation.
