Service Description

Number of people: 4 adults and 2 children (2 years old and 4 years old) Itinerary: 2/7 Sapporo OMO3 Hotel (departs at 9:00) ~Tsutsukura Observatory ~Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival ~Sapporo OMO3 Hotel (ends at 18:00) Reservation content: 2/7/2025 Green Sea Lion charter for 1 day, use the car within 9 hours per day, and end the car before 20:00. Overtime will be charged 5,000 yen/30 minutes. The fee includes: ①1 Green Sea Lion (1 Japanese driver, language cannot be specified); ②Driver meal, highway and parking fees. The fee does not include: ①Tickets to attractions other than "fee includes", activity fees, and meal fees. ② Please give the tip directly to the driver, 3,000 yen/day/car. Notes: The current system shows that the time is 1 hour, which is a system bug. Please refer to the time in the reservation content. Refund Statement After the order is established, if the order is cancelled due to customer reasons, the default fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount Within 2 days before departure: 100% of the total order amount It will take effect after confirmation, and all changes will be processed as cancellation of the old order. ＊The company reserves all rights of interpretation
