Service ends at 8:00 PM; overtime will incur a charge of 5000 yen per 30 minutes. Included in the price: ① 1 green license plate Sea Lion car (1 Chinese-speaking driver), ② Driver's meals, highway and parking fees, ③ Driver's accommodation throughout the trip, ④ Driver's gratuity. Not included in the price: ① Entrance fees to attractions, activities, meals, and accommodation not listed in the "Included in the Price" section. Notes: A 30% deposit is required. We will send a payment request for the remaining balance to your email address 7 days prior to departure. Please complete payment 5 days before departure. Please contact us promptly in case of any special circumstances. If the remaining balance is not paid and we cannot contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. The current system display showing 1 hour is a system bug. Please refer to the time in the reservation details. Refund Policy: If an order is cancelled due to customer reasons after it has been placed, the following cancellation fees will be charged: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount Within 2 days of departure: 100% of the total order amount This policy takes effect upon confirmation.
