Overtime will incur a charge of 6000 yen/hour. Included in the Price: ① One green-plated Alphard (1 Chinese-speaking driver); ② Driver's meals, highway and parking fees; ③ Driver's gratuity. Not Included in the Price: ① Entrance fees to attractions, activity fees, and meals not listed in "Included in the Price". Important Notes: For day trip charter services, we will collect the total quoted price. Please complete payment within 7 days of receiving your booking. In case of any special circumstances, please contact us promptly. If the remaining balance is not paid and we cannot contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. The current system display of 1 hour is a system bug. Please refer to the time shown in the booking details. Refund Policy: If an order is cancelled due to customer reasons after it has been placed, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount; 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount; 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount; Within 2 days of departure: 100% of the total order amount. This policy takes effect upon confirmation. All changes will be treated as cancellations of the old order. *The company reserves all rights of interpretation.
