Number of Participants: 2 Itinerary: 10/13 Asahiyama Zoo Main Gate (Departure 13:30) ~ Blue Pond (40 minutes) ~ White Beard Falls (20 minutes) Accommodation: Asahikawa OMO7 Hotel (Terminal service ends 16:30) 10/14 Asahidake Visitor Center (Departure 14:00) ~ Sounkyo Galaxy & Ryusei Falls (40 minutes) Accommodation: Sounkyo Daisetsu Hotel (Terminal service ends 16:30) Reservation Details: 2025/10/13 & 10/14 One green-plated sedan for 2 days. Overtime will incur a charge of 5000 yen/30 minutes. The price includes: ① One green-plate Voxy vehicle (1 Japanese driver), ② Driver's meals, ③ Highway and parking fees, ④ Driver's gratuity. The price does not include: ① Entrance fees to attractions, activities, and meals not listed in "Included in the Price". Important Notes: A deposit of 30% of the total quoted price is required. We will send a payment request for the remaining balance to your email address 7 days before departure. Please complete the payment 5 days before departure. Please contact us promptly in case of any special circumstances. If the remaining balance is not paid and we cannot contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. The current system display of 1 hour is a system bug. The time displayed in the reservation details shall prevail. Refund Policy: If an order is cancelled due to customer reasons after it has been placed, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount; 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount; 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount; Within 2 days of departure: 100% of the total order amount. This policy takes effect upon confirmation. All changes will be treated as cancellations of the old order. *The company reserves all rights of interpretation.
