Overtime will be charged 10,000 yen/hour. The fee includes: ①1 green-plate minibus (1 driver); ②Highway and parking fees; ③Driver's meals. The fee does not include: ①Tickets to attractions other than "fee included", activity fees, and meals; ②Tips should be given directly to the driver, usually starting from 3,000 yen/day/vehicle. Notes: The deposit is 30% of the total quoted fee. We will send the payment request form for the balance to your email 7 days before the trip. Please complete the payment 5 days before the trip. If there are special circumstances, please contact us in time. If the balance is not paid and we cannot get in touch, we will consider the order as cancelled and will not refund the deposit. The current system shows that the time is 1 hour, which is a system bug. The time at the reservation content shall prevail. Refund statement: If the cancellation is due to force majeure such as weather (eg: snowstorm caused charter flight cancellation or other weather factors), the full amount will be refunded. After the order is established, if the order is cancelled due to customer reasons, the default fee will be charged according to the following standards: 100% refund before 10 days, 3.6-4.0% handling fee will be deducted according to different card companies; 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount will be charged, 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount will be charged, 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount will be charged, Within 2 days before departure: 100% of the total order amount will be charged, It will take effect after confirmation, and all changes will be processed as cancellation of the old order. ＊The company reserves all rights of interpretation
