If there are special circumstances, please contact us in time. If the balance is not paid and we cannot get in touch, we will consider the order as cancelled and will not refund the deposit. The current system shows that the time is 1 hour, which is a system bug. The time at the reservation content shall prevail. Refund statement: After the order is established, if the order is cancelled due to customer reasons, the default fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10 days before the order is 100% refunded, and a handling fee of 3.6-4.0% will be deducted according to different card companies; 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount will be charged, 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount will be charged, 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount will be charged, Within 2 days before departure: 100% of the total order amount will be charged, It will take effect after confirmation, and all changes will be processed as cancellation of the old order. ＊The company reserves all rights of interpretation
