The car is used within 9 hours per day and ends before 20:00. Overtime will be charged 15,000 yen/hour. The fee includes: ①1 green-plate large bus (about 45 seats, 1 driver); ②Highway and parking fees; ③1 Chinese tour guide (7/29~8/2); ④Meals for the driver and guide; ⑤Accommodation fees for the driver and guide throughout the trip; ⑥Driver tips. The fee does not include: ①Tickets to attractions, activities and meals other than those included in the "fee". Notes: The deposit is 30% of the total quoted fee. We will send the payment request form for the balance to your email 7 days before the trip. Please complete the payment 5 days before the trip. If there are special circumstances, please contact us in time. If the balance is not paid and we cannot get in touch, we will consider the order as cancelled and will not refund the deposit. The current system shows that the time is 1 hour, which is a system bug. Please refer to the time in the reservation content. Refund Statement After the order is established, if the order is cancelled due to customer reasons, a default fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount Within 2 days before departure: 100% of the total order amount It will take effect after confirmation, and all changes will be treated as cancellation of the old order. ＊The company reserves all rights of interpretation
