The fee includes: ①1 green-branded minibus (1 driver); ②Highway and parking fees; ③Driver's meals; ④Driver's accommodation fees for the entire trip. The fee does not include: ①Tickets to attractions, activities and meals other than "fee included"; ②Tip please give directly to the driver, usually @3,000 yen/day/car. Notes: The deposit is 30% of the total quoted fee. We will send the balance invoice to your email 7 days before the trip. Please complete the payment 5 days before the trip. If there are special circumstances, please contact us in time. If the balance payment is not completed and we cannot get in touch, we will consider the order as cancelled and will not refund the deposit. The current system shows that the time is 1 hour, which is a system bug. The time in the reservation content shall prevail. Refund Statement After the order is established, if the order is cancelled due to customer factors, the default fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount Within 2 days before departure: 100% of the total order amount It will take effect after confirmation, and all changes will be processed as cancellation of the old order. ＊The company reserves all rights of interpretation
