Service Description

Number of people: 2 adults and 2 children (5 years old, 9 years old) Itinerary: 1/25 HOTEL GRACERY Sapporo (departs at 9:00) →Otaru Aquarium (tickets to be paid by yourself) →Nikka Whisky Yoichi Distillery →Otaru Canal, Sakaimachi Walk →HOTEL GRACERY Sapporo Reservation content: 1/25 One green license car for 1 day. Use the car within 10 hours per day and end before 20:00. Overtime will be charged 5,000 yen/hour. The fee includes: ①1 green license car (1 English-speaking driver); ②Driver's meals, highway and parking fees; ③One 5-year-old child's booster pad. The fee does not include: ①Tickets to attractions other than "fee included", as well as activity fees and meals. ② Please tip the driver directly, 2000 yen/day. Notes: For one-day charter, we will charge the full amount. If there are special circumstances, please contact us in time. If the balance is not paid and we cannot get in touch, we will consider the order as cancelled. The current system shows that the time is 1 hour, which is a system bug. Please refer to the time in the reservation content. Refund Statement After the order is established, if the order is cancelled due to customer reasons, a default fee will be charged according to the following standards: 10-7 days before departure: 30% of the total order amount 7-5 days before departure: 50% of the total order amount 5-3 days before departure: 80% of the total order amount Within 2 days before departure: 100% of the total order amount It will take effect after confirmation, and all changes will be treated as cancellation of the old order. ＊The company reserves all rights of interpretation
