Vehicle Options • Economy vehicle: recommended for up to 3 guests with up to 4 pieces of luggage. Reference vehicles: Prius α / Toyota VOXY or similar. • Premium vehicle: up to 4 guests with up to 5 pieces of luggage. Reference vehicles: Toyota ALPHARD / VELLFIRE or similar. • Large vehicle: up to 8 guests with up to 10 pieces of luggage. Reference vehicle: Toyota HIACE or similar. Actual vehicle assignment depends on availability and operating conditions. Important Information • Choose the vehicle based on both passenger count and luggage volume. Oversized or excess luggage may require a larger vehicle and additional charges. • Children and infants are included in the passenger count. • For children under 6, please tell us in advance if a child safety seat is required. A child seat uses approximately 1–1.5 adult-seat spaces. Up to 2 child seats can be provided free of charge; a fee applies from the 3rd seat onward. • All vehicles used for paid transportation are licensed commercial vehicles in Japan. • Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Delays caused by the passenger are the passenger’s responsibility. • Airport pick-up is arranged according to the flight number. If you plan to shop or eat at the airport before meeting the driver, please note this when booking so the pick-up timing can be adjusted. • If a late-night or early-morning surcharge applies, select the correct surcharge option according to the actual transfer time. An incorrect option may result in cancellation of the booking. Cancellation Policy • 7 days or more before departure: 0% cancellation fee. • 5–6 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee. • 3–4 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee. • Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee. Any change after confirmation will be treated as cancellation of the original booking and a new reservation. Monchan Travel reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these service terms.
